There are 1606 students in the college, including 778 undergraduate students and 828 graduated students. Now our college is authorized to award doctor degree in 8
majors (organic chemistry, hyper physical chemistry, pesticide, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, analysis chemistry, biochemistry, and materials physical chemistry). And except for 3
majors (material physical chemistry, applied chemistry and Pharmacy chemistry ) for master degree. In 2007, the major of chemistry of our college was appraised to be top one in Chinese University by MOE.
