培养本科生获杨石先奖学金,获优秀毕业论文,并已获加州伯克利分校,康奈尔大学,明尼苏达等名校读研究生或交流机会。
课题组计划每年招收博士生2名,硕士生2名,接收校内外保送生,直博生。欢迎化学,物理,计算机等专业本科生、硕士、博士、博士后的加入。
诚招博士后,南开化学支持包括:

1.博士后A档聘任人员基本薪金40万元人民币/年; 博士后B档聘任人员基本薪金25万元人民币/年。

2.享受天津市给予对博士后每人一次性5万元生活补贴。

3.博士后第二聘期结束前,工作业绩突出者可通过岗位评审程序聘为南开大学教师。
