教师发展中心近期与国外相关机构合作开展了《创新教学/课程设计》、《研究人员国际沟通力提升计划》等工作坊培训，为我校教师带来了提升教学、研究能力的高水平培训。为了进一步推进我校教师国际化、专业化的培训，教师发展中心近期推出多门高水平培训课程，具体安排如下：

培训课程之一——《Assessing Students for Learning》（学生学习评价）讲座

主讲人：Dr.Vaneeta D’Andrea（伦敦艺术大学荣誉教授）

时  间：2015年9月26日（周六）上午9:00

地  点：南开大学永泰红磡馆（伯苓楼对过）乐群厅

主讲人及讲座简介：Dr. Vaneeta D’Andrea is a Carnegie Scholar and Professor Emerita of University of the Arts London. She has had national-level higher education policy development experience in the UK, USA and South Africa and has provided national & international educational consultancy in 51 academic disciplines and 67 topic areas in countries around the world. On 26 September 2015, Dr. D’Andrea is going to do a presentation on Assessing Students for Learning, where she is going to focus on a review of the major principles of student assessment and the variety of assessment strategies available for use today. For example, she is going to talk about the relationship between learning outcomes and student assessment, the functions of student assessment, how learning can be assessed, and the benefits of student assessment for teaching & learning.

讲座为英文授课，讲座前将发送电子版课程资料（中英文对照）。人数上限为60人，报满即止。

培训课程之二——HEA（英国高等教育学会）专场系列讲座

主讲人：HEA学术部主任Doug Cole

主讲人简介：Doug is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity with over twelve years industry experience and eight years in Higher Education.Previously Doug spent seven years working in Asia, including China, Hong Kong and Thailand, returning to England in 2007.  

讲座为英文授课，人数上限为60人，报满即止，具体事宜将在会前通知。

请各学院积极安排近三年新入职教师参加。

培训课程之三——Reseacher Connect （研究人员国际沟通力提升项目）工作坊

主讲人：Reseacher Connect项目海外专业培训师

时  间：2015年10月13-16日

地  点：南开大学永泰红磡馆允公厅

工作坊简介：Reseacher Connect工作坊是为研究人员量身定制的一系列互动型短期强化课程，旨在提高研究人员在国际期刊上发表论文，参加大型国际会议，以及同国际团队开展国际合作和研究的能力。该课程主要针对讲师以上青年教师，用于提高教师的国际沟通能力。本期工作坊为该项目在我校第四期，本期内容为：Foundation Module (0.5 days)、Abstracts (0.5 days)、Presenting with Impact (1  days)、Effective Emails (0.5 days)、Academic Collaboration (0.5 days)、Persuasive Proposals (1 day).

该课程为英文授课，名额为20，报满即止。具体事宜将在会前通知。

培训课程之四——剑桥英语教学课程

课程简介：该课程的主要针对母语是非英语的大学老师。通过课程的学习，他们能够提高英语水平，有意识地了解其学生的语言问题，探索不同的英语教学法。该课程用于提高我校教师使用英文授课的能力。课程包括线上线下两部分，线上40小时，线下24小时，课程共分八个模块：讲师应用语言、研讨会语言、小组讨论和练习语言、个人辅导和监管语言、网上沟通语言、评估和反馈语言、发展和延伸职业角色的语言、履行专业职责的语言。

教师发展中心已启动该课程的报名，目前仍可报名。拟于9月底启动该培训。
